The term of this section shall run concurrent with the term of the Writers Independent Production Agreement (IPA) 2012-2014, effective from November 1, 2012 to December 31, 2014. However, all animation cycles in production as of November 1, 2012 shall remain subject to the 2010-2011 IPA.

The provisions new to this Section (Articles 202, 301 to 304) shall remain in place until the expiration of this Agreement.
